Shipping policy

Duty tax is not included.

After an order is verified, the goods will be shipped in 1-3 working days from Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on stock availability and the necessity of stock transfer. There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to external factors that are out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.

Customs
Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, hence unable to inform in advance what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If a customer would like to know the cost of duties of an order, please contact the local customs office.

Delivery Status
When an order is processed and ready to be dispatched, the customer will receive an email with delivery information such as the courier and tracking code.
