Confirmation
By confirming your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Once we have received your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent. If there was incorrect stock level at the time of receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver. We are under no obligation to provide the goods to you when an order is placed for a mis-priced item, even after we have sent you the order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email. We will contact you personally via email and offer the opportunity to cancel the order if we are not able to deliver in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation.

Billing Information Verification
All billing transactions are handled by a secure third party payment processor, however in the event that billing information is unable to be verified, customers making their first time purchase may be asked to provide verification. This measure is designed specifically with customers’ security in mind in order to ensure the safety of our payment process.

Prices
Delivery charges and tax are not included in the price. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices.

Modification
Headers-inc.com reserves the right to alter any of the policies, terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge that you shall become bound to the current version of the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to be aware of the current version each time you use the website.

Customs
Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to inform in advanced on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to know the cost of the duties, please contact the local customs office.

2. RETURN POLICY
Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or defective.
To avoid errors and affect the inventory, the quantity and size of the items cannot be changed once your order is completed. Please confirm the quantity and size of the product before placing an order. Refer to the size chart for measurement. Any request for a product return/size exchange will NOT be entertained.

Damaged in Transit / Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, you have the right to enter a claim.

How to Enter a Claim
Please contact us at wassup@headers-inc.com within 7 days once the product is received and discovered the fault. The faulty product shall be returned beforehand and a replacement product will be sent, subject to availability. Otherwise, the faulty product will be refunded in full when we have received the defective product. We will compensate the shipping cost of returning products. In the case of a full refund, we will also compensate the initial shipping costs. We are not responsible for payment gateway’s processing fee, duties and taxes.

Conditions
Damaged of defective products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and / or packaging. We DO NOT accept returns of inner / underwear and socks which are not in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

Return packages must be sent with a traceable insured service. We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return transit. If returning an item from outside of Malaysia, the package must be marked ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid any custom charges. We are not responsible for any return customs charges made. If fail to comply, your shipment may be returned to you, or any duties and taxes incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Refund
When an order refund is confirmed, please expect the following refund durations:
Credit card: 7-21 working days
FPX: 3-7 working days
e-Wallet: 1-3 days

You can register for updates on new products, sales, restocked items, services and information. Information provided when registering for these updates will not be used for any other purpose other than to provide the requested information. You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time.

How can you access and edit your account information?
You can access all your personal information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your account with the email address and password you created when you registered with us.

4. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Courier

All orders purchased via headers-inc.com are shipped from Malaysia. Overseas order are sent via international express registered mail service, courier used will be informed in the delivery notification email. Pgeon Delivery, PosLaju, and other available postal services will dispatch deliveries within Malaysia.

Shipping
After an order is verified, the goods will be shipped in 1-3 working days from Malaysia (excluding weekend and public holidays), varies depending on stock availability and the necessity of stock transfer. There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to external factors that are out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.
